CASA COOK CHANIA MODERNIST GEM BY K-STUDIO

The third addition to the Casa Cook family of hotels, the Casa Cook Chania continues the image of the resort brand.

On the menu for this new hotel episode? Relaxed luxury combined with richly textured comfort, under the artistic direction of Berlin-based interior design studio Lambs and Lions. Its refined creative approach, which adapted to the hills of the Cretan coast, was developed in collaboration with Greek architects K-Studio and interior stylist Annabell Kutucu.
The objective was twofold: to use modernist-inspired architecture to provide plenty of space on a sloping site; and to create a "village" configuration for the resort with an emphasis on outdoor space.

The rooms, designed in smooth concrete and wood, are conceived as places of retreat. Sensorial and fresh, they are carefully positioned to create interiors that open onto terraces with private pools, offering unique views of the sea and lush gardens.
The layout of the various rooms creates large, welcoming outdoor spaces, designing a "piazza" shape that houses the hotel's restaurant, bar, boutique and art house, alongside the pool and lounge. A Kids Club completes the ensemble. Further on, in the greenest part of the site, a pavilion and wellness area offer open-air spa treatments and early-morning yoga sessions. The landscaping is authentic, with a touch of semi-tropical influence. The path to the beach seems a poetic choreography of light, shadow and texture...
