From January 17 to 19, 2025, ART SG will host its third edition at the Sands Expo and Convention Center, Marina Bay Sands, as part of Singapore Art Week. With 106 galleries from 30 countries and territories, this fair promises to be one of Southeast Asia's most significant art events. Mixing international figures with emerging voices, it highlights the diversity and energy of contemporary creation.

Singapore, cultural capital in the making
As part of celebrations to mark the 60ᵉ anniversary of Singapore's independence, ART SG 2025 reflects the flourishing art scene at the crossroads of local traditions and global trends. Magnus Renfrew, co-founder of the fair, emphasizes Singapore's importance as an anchor in the Indo-Pacific region. With its strategic role as a cultural hub and a thriving collectors' market, the city is a gateway to cross-border artistic exchanges.

Prestigious names and local talent to discover
Visitors will be able to admire works presented by world-renowned galleries such as Gagosian, White Cube and Thaddaeus Ropac, while discovering the emerging scenes of Southeast Asia thanks to galleries such as Sullivan+Strumpf (Singapore, Sydney), Richard Koh Fine Art (Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur) and Gajah Gallery (Jakarta, Singapore). This diversity reflects a commitment to global and regional artistic dialogue, in which Southeast Asia plays a prominent role.
A summit organized by Art Outreach will bring together international experts to address current issues in the visual arts. These initiatives will enrich the visitor experience by opening up new perspectives on contemporary artistic creation and the cultural dynamics specific to the region.
An immersion in the Singaporean scene
As part of Singapore Art Week, ART SG will be the epicenter of a multitude of artistic activities in the city from January 17 to 26, 2025. Museums, galleries and cultural spaces will be staging parallel exhibitions, while visits to private collections will offer a privileged perspective on Singapore's artistic wealth.
Shuyin Yang, fair director, emphasizes that this event "will showcase Singapore's creative dynamism while promoting exchanges between the local and international scenes."
