Cento Raw Bar – An oyster bar in Los Angeles 

Cento Raw Bar is a new restaurant that has drawn inspiration from the marine world, from its menu to its decor.   

Created by the teams behind Cento Pasta Bar, this new seafood restaurant opened in 2025 near the Pacific Ocean.  

The rich and varied menu makes this new establishment a unique and experimental space, offering dishes featuring oysters, sea urchins, crab claws, and even caviar. Chef Avner Levi has decided to celebrate and showcase local Southern California products with a menu that will evolve with the seasons. Cento Raw Bar offers sophisticated cuisine without sacrificing a certain understated simplicity. Sandwiches are topped with caviar, noodles are served with shredded crab, and both classic and specialty cocktails round out the offerings. The decor harmoniously blends tin chairs, seafoam green paint, textured walls, and glass towers displaying oysters. In this space reminiscent of an underwater grotto, spontaneity and the discovery of unexpected flavors take precedence over the conventions of formal gatherings. A convivial atmosphere encourages guests to share their culinary experiences. Similarly, the spirit of camaraderie fosters a benevolent environment in which enthusiasm and the joy of tasting reign in an exceptional setting.
