One hundred and sixty-five years later, while the factory continued its operations on a much smaller scale, a brewery was founded with the aim of restoring the grandeur of this historically significant site. The factory is the heart of the economic and social life of the Hércules site, where a thriving community is nurtured by a strong cultural heritage, festivities, and a deep sense of belonging. 

With the brasserie attracting a growing number of patrons, the establishment has expanded and now includes a hotel and two restaurants in the former manor house and the buildings adjoining the old textile factory. The place boasts a charmingly old-fashioned architecture where the ghosts of the past mingle with new living spaces in a truly poetic way. This building evokes the 19th century.e century, 40 uniquely styled rooms, tinged with a mid-century touch, were designed by El Urdido, a local interior design studio.

The unique character of the place lies in having left certain very old sections in their raw state, while incorporating attractive vintage design pieces. This site, enhanced by a garden, patios, and a swimming pool, has become home to several architecture, photography, and art studios, as well as young local artisans. Much more than just a place to live, this hotel residence is a true incubator for young talent who contribute their skills directly to the heart of the project. One example is the architecture firm GOMA, which originated within the factory itself, and which reclaimed former industrial spaces, transforming them into a unique recreational and relaxation area.

Guests can also discover the richness of local cuisine in the two restaurants, Comedor and Cocina del Mar, where they can savor regional dishes and reinvented classics, paired with the wide variety of beers on offer. As for the Buenavista area, it invites guests to relax outdoors on its terraces, perfect for a convivial atmosphere.
