
During the 2026 Cannes Film Festival, Konbini and Cartel entrust the culinary programming of Rado Plage to two figures of the Parisian food scene: chef Ella Aflalo and mixologist Margot Lecarpentier.


At lunchtime, Ella Aflalo brings to life an instinctive Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on the quality of the ingredients. She was revealed in Top chef Having gained recognition with her restaurant Yima in Marseille, the chef has developed a free-spirited approach inspired by the South, spices, and the spirit of sharing. Alongside chef Anthony Dehay, she has created a menu for the entire duration of the Festival, designed for seaside lunches in a more relaxed atmosphere than that of luxury hotels.
As night falls, the bar becomes the beating heart of the venue, with a cocktail menu conceived by Margot Lecarpentier, founder of the Combat bar in Paris. Trained in the world of speakeasies and Parisian mixology, she creates more gastronomic concoctions using spirits, herbs, and aromatic balances. Alongside Robin Le Texier and head bartender Giuseppe Di Gennaro, she offers a selection designed to extend those Cannes evenings with your toes in the sand.
This collaboration also marks the choice of an entirely female program led by committed profiles who are very present on the new French food scene.
