HALO A HYBRID CONCEPT STORE

In the heart of the Sentier district, HALO is a hybrid space that blends gastronomy, fashion, and design. This new address promises an unforgettable multi-sensory experience. Let's delve into this fascinating world with its founders, Victor Goyeneix and Matthieu Nicolaï.

Nestled in an 2th-century townhouse, this architectural gem captivates at first glance with its minimalist décor, the work of architects Lucie Rosenblatt and Benoit Huen of the agency mur.mur. The establishment retains its historical heritage, including a breathtaking pyramidal glass roof dating back to the Eiffel era. Stepping through the door, we enter the 60-square-meter concept store, designed to showcase emerging designers in fashion and design, such as Dolla Paris and Axel Chay. Here, visitors are immersed in a refined atmosphere where historical elements blend seamlessly with contemporary touches. Each designer is given free rein to express their talent, while adhering to the principles of responsible and minimalist fashion.

Then, behind a mirrored door, in a completely different world, we discover the sun-drenched cuisine of Victor Blanchet. Inspired by his travels and his love of art, this former chef of L'Arpège, a three-Michelin-starred restaurant, offers cuisine with Basque and Marseillais influences. This is evident in the flavorful ravioli with brousse cheese and Basque txistorra, a sausage similar to chorizo seasoned with garlic, salt, and Espelette pepper. The red mullet, a species found mainly in the Mediterranean, is aged and lightly seared; melting in the mouth, it is subtly enhanced by bouillabaisse broth, an emblem of Marseille. For dessert, the "realistic lemon" is a creation made with caramelized rosemary, white chocolate, and orange blossom; the candied lemon at its heart adds a touch of freshness and a tangy flavor. With a generous, seasonal menu, the restaurant celebrates local produce and authentic flavors.

Let's head down to the basement to discover another captivating aspect of HALO: its cocktail bar and its Halo Giga, a spectacular light installation in sunset colors. The creative cocktails and unparalleled ambiance invite exploration and relaxation in a setting that is both mysterious and welcoming.

Finally, HALO has an extra surprise in store with its Harrera chef's table, an intimate and refined space dedicated to grand banquets and exclusive dinners. With a specially created gourmet menu and personalized service, the chef's table offers an unforgettable culinary experience. Victor Goyeneix and Matthieu Nicolaï have designed a place where gastronomy, fashion, and design converge to create a truly unique experience. HALO promises to delight all the senses.
