Raphaël Navot, designer of the year at Maison&Objet 2023, has teamed up with Studio Saint-Lazare as artistic director to revamp a soulless building in Paris's Latin Quarter, giving it an extra touch of style. The hotel's name: Dame-des-Arts.

The voluptuous curves of the walls and bespoke furnishings, the copper and terracotta tones, the muted lighting and the signature music all combine to create an enveloping atmosphere that sets this 109-key 4-star apart from the rest, with its Asian-inspired Mexican restaurant, fitness studio and cinema room.

Another highlight is the rooftop bar on the 9th floor, with its uncommon 360° view of the capital's rooftops and monuments. The same panorama can be enjoyed by the lucky occupants of the two junior suites and the penthouse.
