In search of meaning and passionate about Greek culture, Israeli restaurateur Zviki Eshet and his therapist wife Anat opened this 8-room boutique hotel last summer on the Cycladic island closest to Athens and one of the most unspoiled in the archipelago. To manage the kitchen and the farm, they have teamed up their two sons, Yoni for the operational side, and Uriel, a Michelin-starred chef.

In this healthy, soothing setting, an ode to slow tourism, they offer week-long retreats with a wide range of experiences, some of them original. Yoga (vinyasa, kundalini, yin...), meditation and dance form the basis of tailor-made programs. Hypnotherapy, therapeutic breathing, healing mandalas, sharing circles under the stars, as well as outdoor activities such as kayaking and cross-country hiking, complete the program.
