BETWEEN CONTEMPORARY LUXURY AND MOROCCAN TRADITION
In the palm groves of Marrakech, far from the hustle and bustle of the medina, I've found a haven where modern luxury meets Moroccan authenticity. As soon as I walked through the doors of the Park Hyatt, a gentle serenity enveloped me, carried by the scent of orange trees and the subtle play of light and shade characteristic of the region's patios.

What struck me first was the harmony between contemporary lines and traditional materials. The tadelakt covering the walls, the subtle sheen of the marble and the touches of cedar wood bring a soothing elegance to every space. My bedroom, bathed in natural light, was a veritable cocoon. Hand-woven carpets and local works of art seemed to tell a story, that of a Morocco rich in tradition and open to the world. As I wandered the corridors, I stopped in front of the works of Mounat Charrat and Khadija Tnana, which bring a unique cultural dimension to the experience. More than a hotel, this is an art gallery.
A TABLE WHERE FLAVORS DANCE
At TFAYA, every bite is a journey. I savored a shoulder of lamb cooked for eight hours Hargma-style, exceptionally tender, sublimated by Moroccan spices such as cumin, coriander and a hint of ginger. This richly flavored dish was accompanied by a creamy, lightly spiced white bean hummus, and batbouts, fresh Moroccan bread rolls baked in a pan and served hot, which enhanced every bite. For dessert, the airy, melt-in-the-mouth amlou soufflé transported me with its delicate notes of almonds and argan oil. Each spoonful evoked the finesse and elegance of Moroccan gastronomy.
Chef Issam Rhachi and his team brilliantly blend the authenticity of local flavors with a sophistication worthy of the great international tables. In the lounge bar, savoring a glass of Château Roslane blanc, a Moroccan wine with citrus and white flower aromas, facing the Atlas Mountains bathed in the setting sun, becomes an almost meditative experience.

RELAXATION BEYOND EXPECTATIONS
The spa... I could talk about it for hours. It all began in a dimly lit room, where the scent of orange blossom and eucalyptus gently prepared me for the ritual. The hammam, with its enveloping warmth, seemed to dissipate all the fatigue accumulated in my muscles. Then came the black soap scrub, an invigorating yet relaxing sensation, followed by a ghassoul body wrap that left my skin softer than ever. Most memorable? The moment I was ushered into a relaxation room, lying on a heated bed with a fresh mint infusion in my hand. It was like floating between two worlds, mind and body.
A RANGE OF AUTHENTIC EXPERIENCES
What I loved about the Park Hyatt was that the experience went far beyond the walls of the hotel. A morning in a hot-air balloon over the Atlas valleys will always be engraved in my memory: watching the sun rise over infinite landscapes was breathtakingly beautiful. And that cooking workshop in a Berber house! Piling the spices, smelling the turmeric and cumin in the air, then tasting what I'd prepared in the company of a warm family... It was one of the most authentic moments of my stay.
The Park Hyatt Marrakech is more than just a hotel. It's an immersion in a world where the high standards of an international luxury brand blend harmoniously with a setting deeply rooted in Moroccan identity. From the meticulous attention to detail to the showcasing of local flavors and respect for tradition, everything here testifies to a desire to combine consistency and authenticity.
