Sophie and Olivier Dahan may be Parisians by birth, but with Pájaro Rebelde, they've become true Sevillians and invite their guests to be too, for the duration of a stay in the "casa patio", a 19th-century house unearthed somewhat by chance, then entirely renovated and sublimated. Before them, six successive generations of the same family have lived in this Arabo-Andalusian-style house in the heart of the historic center, close to tapas bars and the most beautiful churches.

Today, it owes all its cachet to its veranda patio, orange-tree planted garden, luxurious lounges and quiet terraces.
Sophie took charge of the decor herself, playing with alcoves and ironwork, stained-glass windows and moldings, daring to use color and wallpaper with tropical motifs, 18th-century reissues, in the seven bedrooms.
