At the helm of Bemelmans Design is Wout, a young man with a passion for furniture from the 1950s. With "BOLD", his first collection, past and present are brought into harmonious dialogue. The recycled wood armchair and stool are adorned with Danish rope woven in the traditional crafts of the mid-twentieth century. The coffee table top, meanwhile, features four rectangular ceramic tiles. Both durable and customizable, the structure of the removable seats can be changed over the years. The "BOLD" collection was created to re-establish a deep connection between man and furniture.
