Ceramics in the spotlight: six artists to discover

At the heart of this celebration of materials, ceramics takes pride of place, with almost 400 French and international designers taking part. This year's show highlights six female talents whose bold artistic vision and technical mastery fascinate.

Anne-Charlotte Saliba: When paper becomes poetry

Among the talents on show, Anne-Charlotte Saliba catches the eye. The artist transforms paper into delicate sculptures. In her studio, bathed in soft light, she folds, chisels and tears the material. Her works reveal the beauty of fragility and invite contemplation. Each fold tells a story, underscoring the intimate relationship between artist and material.

Amande Haeghen: Between glass and ceramics, a quest for balance

Lorène Cavagna: Colors in motion

In Metz, Lorène Cavagna explores the infinite possibilities of color. With over 250 glazes created, her stoneware and porcelain pieces capture the light to reveal striking chromatic effects. Her intuitive work on protuberances preserves movement, offering wall works that can also be integrated into architectural projects.

Dita Cossio: Couture and porcelain

Originally from Chile, Dita Cossio uses her family's sewing machine to create unique textile molds. These molds are then used to cast porcelain. Carefully dismantled, they reveal sculptures with striking volumes, where textile and ceramic intertwine.

Batis Ceramics: Porcelain mosaics

From Scotland, Batis Ceramics creates monumental panels of thousands of hand-shaped porcelain petals. Storm, weighing 150 kg, illustrates this patient work of assembly, in which each element captures and diffuses light like a delicate jewel.

Juliette Vivien: Openwork porcelain

Juliette Vivien, winner of the Prix de la Jeune Création Métiers d'Art in 2020, sculpts porcelain with hypnotic precision. Openwork and vibrant, her pieces blend porcelain, brass, wood and leather to create a dialogue between structure and lightness.

Kaori Kurihara: Imaginary fruits and dreamlike reality

Winner of the same prize in 2015, Kaori Kurihara draws inspiration from the plant world to create imaginary fruits that are both realistic and fantastical. Her sculptures play on the repetition of shapes and geometry, inviting us to contemplate a revisited organic universe.

Italy will be out in force

A cradle of craftsmanship, it features 22 designers reinventing emblematic materials such as Carrara marble and Murano glass. Polished marble evokes the softness of fabric, while blown glass captures light to diffuse it in a thousand sparkles. This dialogue between heritage and innovation underlines the vitality of Italian craftsmanship.

Révélations 2025 is a manifesto for creation and sharing. An essential event for all lovers of materials and gestures.
