TATJANA VON STEIN'S NEW DESIGN ADVENTURE
Based in London, the Tatjana von Stein design studio embraces a new chapter by launching its very first furniture collection.
London, New York, Paris, Zurich, Mallorca… Tatjana von Stein’s interior design projects know no borders. Founded in 2016, the studio, formerly known as Sella Concept, prides itself on offering intuitive interiors for its clients, ranging from clubs and hotels to restaurants. Founder and creative director Tatjana von Stein brings a unique approach to her work, taking into account the psychology of space and the effects of design and architecture on users. From art to spirituality, from psychology to design, no field is closed to exploration. In design, there is freedom in fluidity. " she states in her manifesto. Drawing on this world, the designer of Franco-German descent renames her project after herself, while launching her very first furniture collection: "Mise en scène".
The program includes 11 pieces born from this same intuitive process, and designed with " some of the best craftsmen in France "As the company explains, inspired by the world of dance, blending impressions of movement and stillness, the collection includes a bar cabinet, two sofas, an armchair, two dining tables, two coffee tables, two side tables, and a screen. All the pieces display
Silhouettes with fluid, organic lines, clad in lacquered glass, fabric, wood, and stainless steel. Beyond being strikingly elegant, this debut collection is also ethically minded. A portion of the profits from each sale is donated to the Royal Society of Arts.
