From March 7 to 10, 2025, WE ARE ONA partners with MATTER and SHAPE for a unique immersive gastronomic experience in the heart of the Tuileries Garden. Designed by Willo Perron, this ephemeral space will showcase a dialogue between design and haute cuisine, with menus created by chef Imogen Kwok. An event where each dish becomes a performance, transforming the meal into a total sensory spectacle.

The story of WE ARE ONA
Founded in 2019 by Luca Pronzato, WE ARE ONA was born from the desire to offer a free and nomadic gastronomy. This project shakes up the traditional codes of haute cuisine by partnering with visionary chefs and influential designers. In just a few years, the initiative has established itself on the international stage thanks to immersive experiences organized in Paris, Milan, New York, and Basel, alongside major artistic and cultural events. Each signature dinner WE ARE ONA celebrates taste, staging and the ephemeral.

A collaboration between design and haute cuisine
Du 7 at 10 March 2025, WE ARE ONA invests the Terrace of the Feuillants in the Tuileries Garden, within the framework of MATTER and SHAPE (2025)Designed by the designer Willo PerronThis temporary space will offer an immersive gastronomic experience orchestrated by Luca Pronzato and enhanced by the chef Imogen Kwok.
In a setting that blends NO GA's Porthole mirrors (2025) and Achille Castiglioni's Frisbi Lamps (1978), each meal becomes a performance. A six-course lunch and an eight-course dinner will be offered, where each dish is part of a precise scenography. The aim is to explore the dialogue between cuisine and design.

Imogen Kwok's culinary vision
At the helm of this culinary experience, Imogen KwokA London-based chef, she brings her unique vision to cuisine, where aesthetics and taste intertwine. Known for her work at the intersection of food design and gastronomy, she plays with textures and presentation, transforming each dish into a sculptural work of art. With a meticulous approach and a strong artistic sensibility, she regularly collaborates with renowned brands such as Loewe, Miu Miu, Chanel, and Hermès. Her talent lies in her ability to create unprecedented sensory experiences.


MATTER and SHAPE: an essential platform
MATTER and SHAPEThe fair, returning for its second edition in 2025, continues to celebrate contemporary design in the heart of the Tuileries Garden. This fair, directed by Matthieu Pinet and designed under the artistic direction of Dan Thawley, highlights current design trends. It brings together designers and brands of all sizes. With its 5,000 m² of exhibition space, it offers a unique platform for both established designers and emerging talents.
The previous edition attracted over 8,000 visitors, confirming its status as a must-attend event for professionals and enthusiasts alike. This event pushes the boundaries of creativity and expertise.

A gastronomic and artistic immersion
With MATTER and SHAPE (2025), WE ARE ONA continues its exploration of possibilities. This project transforms each meal into a complete experience where gastronomy becomes a living art form.
