HALO A HYBRID CONCEPT STORE

Located in the heart of the Sentier district, HALO is a hybrid venue for gastronomy, fashion and design. This new address promises an unforgettable multi-sensory experience. Let's dive into this fascinating universe with its founders, Victor Goyeneix and Matthieu Nicolaï.

Nestled in an 18th-century mansion, this architectural gem is immediately appealing, with its minimalist decor by architects Lucie Rosenblatt and Benoit Huen of mur.mur. The establishment retains the heritage of its past, with a breathtaking pyramidal glass roof dating back to the Eiffel era. As we step through the doorway, we enter the 60 m2 concept store designed to showcase emerging designers in the fields of fashion and design, including Dolla Paris and Axel Chay. Here, visitors are immersed in a pared-down atmosphere that blends historical elements with contemporary touches. Each designer is given carte blanche to express his or her talent, in keeping with responsible, minimalist fashion.

Then, behind a mirror door, in a completely different universe, we discover the solar cuisine of Victor Blanchet. Inspired by his travels and his love of art, this former chef of the three-starred Arpège offers a cuisine with Basque and Marseille influences. A case in point is the tasty ravioli with bush cheese and Basque txistorra, a chorizo-like sausage seasoned with garlic, salt and Espelette pepper. Red mullet, a species found mainly in the Mediterranean, is matured and lightly snacked; melting in the mouth, it is lightly spiced with the juice of bouillabaisse, Marseille's emblem. For dessert, the "realistic lemon" is a creation based on caramelized rosemary, white chocolate and orange blossom; the candied lemon at the heart adds a note of freshness and a tangy taste. With a generous seasonal menu, the restaurant celebrates local produce and authentic flavors.

Let's descend to the basement to discover another bewitching aspect of HALO: its cocktail bar and its Halo Giga, a spectacular work of light in the colors of the sunset. The creative cocktails and unparalleled ambience invite you to discover and relax, in a setting that's both mysterious and welcoming.

Finally, HALO has an extra surprise in store with its Harrera table d'hôtes, an intimate, refined space dedicated to large banquets and exclusive dinners. With a specially imagined gourmet menu and personalized service, the table d'hôtes offers an unforgettable culinary experience. Victor Goyeneix and Matthieu Nicolaï have conceived a place where gastronomy, fashion and design meet to create a one-of-a-kind experience. HALO promises to delight all the senses.
