The establishment retains the heritage of its past, with a breathtaking pyramidal glass roof dating back to the Eiffel era. As we step through the doorway, we enter the 60 m2 concept store designed to showcase emerging designers in the fields of fashion and design, including Dolla Paris and Axel Chay. Here, visitors are immersed in a pared-down atmosphere that blends historical elements with contemporary touches. Each designer is given carte blanche to express his or her talent, in keeping with responsible, minimalist fashion.
Then, behind a mirror door, in a completely different universe, we discover the solar cuisine of Victor Blanchet.
