An intimate setting with 18 seats, where the open kitchen blends perfectly with the dining room.

If you're looking for a playful spot with a bold menu, you've come to the right place! This new restaurant, where chef Bruno Laporte and his partner and friend Florentin Fraillon, the restaurant manager, are at the helm, opened its doors in May 2023. After spending years working side-by-side at Ze Kitchen Galerie, they decided to open their own restaurant, Chenapan. Chenapan offers two unique à la carte menus: a three-course menu – starter, main course, dessert – (€59) and a five-course menu (€79), depending on the availability of fresh produce. This restaurant is also committed to sustainability, collaborating with dedicated producers while minimizing plastic use in their kitchen.

Ceramic plates, a hip-hop playlist—it's a place where pleasures meet. It's in this particularly warm and intimate atmosphere that we begin our tasting of the first courses. First, we sample some amuse-bouches: a crispy tart, black Angus beef, nori-wasabi marmalade; puffed pig's trotter and glazed eel—a flavorful and crunchy experience, a real treat.
The tasting continued with a delicious dish of spring vegetables and herbs, accompanied by a rhubarb emulsion. Enough to make your mouth water.
On the main course side, we have something straight from the sea, a delicious Noilly Prat sabayon with chanterelles, and a perfectly pearly line-caught fish.
The best part of the meal arrives with a dessert featuring puffed wheat, to definitively conclude with petit fours: a vanilla mascarpone tuile, buckwheat praline and chocolate truffle, za'atar.
Chenapan welcomes you now with both excitement and kindness. So what are you waiting for to try it out?
