HOLLYWOOD SAVOY: THE RETURN OF AN ICON

Guillaume Benard and his band Fitz are reviving two forgotten gems on the Right Bank. In the heart of Paris's most vibrant district, the Hollywood Savoy is being transformed into a setting of unparalleled elegance.

In the mid-1980s, the Hollywood Savoy was for a long time the epicenter of Parisian high society. Located near the Palais Brongniart, on Rue Notre-Dame-des-Victoires, east of the former Paris Stock Exchange – then a haunt of financiers and news agencies – it welcomed the cream of the crop.
The cream of Parisian society. For its rebirth, the Fitz group gave free rein to renowned interior designer Sophie Lacroix. The result? A sumptuous décor that subtly blends Art Deco with contemporary touches, creating an atmosphere that is both glamorous and timeless.

From a discreetly hushed entrance vestibule, defined by tall velvet drapes, one enters the restaurant's main dining room. Facing the monumental bar with its marble back bar, the graphic lines of the original woodwork lend the space its distinctive character. A few round tables, velvet corner banquettes, and other more traditional seating... this first, brightly lit space offers a natural transition to a second, more intimate room, reminiscent of the hushed atmosphere of an Orient Express carriage.

Like all establishments in the Fitz group, it's a place where you feel right at home. Focused from the outset on its cocktail bar, Hollywood Savoy also boasts a modern cuisine. Gregory Cohen, the new executive chef of the Fitz group, has created a menu that celebrates simple pleasures and authentic flavors. In the evening, the menu takes a journey, venturing beyond the tropics. To whet your appetite, there's a selection of finger food: truffle pizzetta, lobster roll, shrimp tempura, pastrami croque monsieur… Salads include Caesar, spinach with poached eggs, or king crab… Pasta dishes feature lobster, truffle, or a Parmesan wheel… Kasnodar caviar, excellent meats such as beef tartare and Chateaubriand, and superb fish dishes like sea bass baked in a salt crust, sea bream wrapped in sakura leaves, and tuna tataki…

The Fitz group is committed to a sustainable environmental approach, with particular attention paid to sourcing, food waste, and recycling. In the basement, you'll find the Savoy Club, which takes over the festive atmosphere when the restaurant closes. This intimate private mini-club (35 seats, 50 standing) is designed to be highly exclusive and, for discretion's sake, allows no photography. This place is ideal for escaping and forgetting the ills of our time. A party is like a champagne bubble bursting in the air, leaving behind a scent of happiness. "So why not go and find happiness at the Hollywood Savoy?" said Antoine de Saint-Exupéry.
