From the moment I stepped inside, the subdued atmosphere enveloped me: soft lighting, exquisite woodwork, and elegant waiters. Each table seemed bathed in an intimacy conducive to discovery.

The menu, concise yet perfectly orchestrated, offered me a memorable culinary journey. I started with the sea bream ceviche. The vibrant flavors and Vietnamese notes literally transported me. Each bite was an explosion of freshness, perfectly enhanced by a subtle balance of acidity and spice.

Then, I succumbed to the allure of the fish spring rolls, accompanied by a spicy coconut sauce that added a surprising and addictively crunchy touch. To cap off this feast, I succumbed to the chocolate spring roll, meltingly soft inside and enhanced by an irresistible caramel sauce. I couldn't resist having a second one. It was a burst of deliciousness that lingered with a comforting sweetness. And the rose and lychee sorbet? A true floral poem, delicate and light, perfect for concluding this experience.

At Lily Wang, the service mirrors the cuisine: attentive and flawless. We left the menu selection to the waiter, and we weren't disappointed. Each dish, designed for sharing, offered a convivial and delicate exploration of flavors, enhancing the enjoyment of the evening.
