Near the Champs-Élysées and Avenue Montaigne, hidden behind a Haussmannian facade, a brasserie has recently opened its doors… Le Petit Beefbar.
Conceived by restaurateur Riccardo Giraudi, the establishment offers a bold reinterpretation of Parisian bistro traditions, infusing them with cosmopolitan and contemporary touches. Le Petit Beefbar promises a unique culinary experience. Under the direction of Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto and Beefbar Paris Chef Alexandre Bousquières, the menu stands out for its unparalleled creativity, skillfully blending traditional brasserie recipes with original creations.

In this inviting room, the wood-paneled walls are adorned with colorful patterns and paintings alongside mirrors. An artistic dialogue that invites you to a moment of gastronomic relaxation, comfortably seated on rattan chairs or plush banquettes.
The dish is placed on the marble table. A traditional peppered fillet that won't remain untouched for long, as the enticing aroma wafting from the plate is stronger than the urge to take a picture. The pepper-crusted beef fillet with its heavenly pepper sauce, its presentation meticulously planned, allows the flavors to develop and delivers an explosion of taste. The ingredients meld together and melt on the palate. An experience we pair with a Côtes-du-Rhône from Maison Perrin.
To cap off the meal, an irresistible chocolate tartlet landed on our table. But this wasn't just any recipe! The classic, traditional dessert was visually enhanced by a chocolate disc bearing the restaurant's emblem. When the spoon was used to cut through the molten chocolate center, a nostalgic aroma wafted out, offering us a moment of pure bliss.
Le Petit Beefbar, with its understated and warm décor reminiscent of Parisian bistros, invites you to imagine, think, reflect, and above all to let yourself be guided on a culinary journey through the chef's revisited recipes, to enjoy an evening out of time.
