OMA BY JI-HYE PARK THE CULINARY ADDRESS OF THE CHÂTEAU DES FLEURS HOTEL

A closer look at this boutique hotel with its discreet charm, home to OMA, Ji-Hye Park's restaurant.

Located near the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, the Château des Fleurs hotel was designed by Quintana Partners, a Barcelona-based architecture firm founded in 2015. Following the Relais Christine and the Saint James Paris, the Château des Fleurs joins a collection of hotels distinguished by their understated chic and French-style tailor-made service.

The establishment has 37 rooms, a bar-restaurant, a gym and a spa, designed as living spaces for travelers passing through or Parisians looking for a new address to simply have lunch, dinner, a drink or play tourist.
At the heart of the hotel, you'll find Ji-Hye Park's OMA restaurant, where you can enjoy comforting and authentic dishes.

Having arrived in France nearly twenty-five years ago, this chef of Korean origin developed a passion for the cuisine she discovered through her father, inspiring her to share her knowledge and create dishes with love. Her culinary identity is therefore full of authenticity and generosity.

She started as a private chef, then developed her own restaurant, OMA. Charmed by her vibrant style, the Château des Fleurs hotel invited her to take the reins of their kitchen to offer us dishes inspired by her childhood.
You can enjoy some signature dishes there, such as Mulhué, an assortment of raw fish and small vegetables, served in a chilled broth.

We began by tasting the salmon with four citrus fruits, garnished with pink peppercorns, crunchy walnuts, and spring onions. The berries provided a tangy and colorful touch that contrasted beautifully with the salmon. Then came our main courses: beef chuck roast with OMA rice and a soft-boiled egg, cooked to perfection in both flavor and texture, and beef tataki, melting in the mouth, with a surprising sucrine sauce.

For dessert, a lemon tart, a classic revisited with its Thai basil sauce, a balance between sweetness and freshness.
