At the heart of 11e In the 16th arrondissement of Paris lies a true haven of gastronomic peace: La Datcha. Under the guidance of the talented chef Maksym Zorin, this restaurant, with its chic yet rustic atmosphere, promises an unforgettable culinary experience. Inspired by the convivial spirit of country homes, this welcoming space invites relaxation and sharing, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
In a setting that blends elegance and rusticity, a young, dynamic team expresses its creativity through modern, seasonal cuisine, showcasing the best French regional products.

At just 29 years old, Maksym Zorin, drawing on his experience in prestigious establishments, offers a bold reinterpretation of traditional French cuisine, enhanced with subtle Ukrainian influences. Alongside Margaux Pommier, the radiant restaurant manager, he aims to make La Datcha an authentic and welcoming place.
Within the warm walls of this establishment, guests are invited to experience a gastronomic interlude, guided by the seasons and the flavors of the local area.

Settled at a small, rustic wooden table with a glass of white wine from Domaine Fiumicicoli, we begin our culinary exploration. We first choose to share the pumpkin gnocchi with a runny peanut praline and coriander center, whose aromas promise a cuisine of passion. In the mouth, the flavors mingle and the dishes melt on the tongue.
Next up is cod with broccoli, persimmon, and a marinière sauce. A true delight where fresh ingredients add color to the plate and bring a touch of indulgence to the dish. Behind the combination of flavors lies a thoughtful approach, offering an unexpected gastronomic experience.

And to finish on a sweet note, a Comice pear with Timut pepper and butter crumble is placed on the table. A delicate presentation that brings this discovery to a stylish close. The pear rests on the tongue, allowing the flavors to unfold gradually with each bite.
Whether for a sunny lunch or an intimate dinner, La Datcha will delight even the most discerning palates with its selection of fresh produce and its range of refined French wines. In short, stepping through the doors of La Datcha is to treat yourself to a gourmet escape in the heart of Paris, in a place where authenticity rhymes with pleasure and quality.
