For his Spring/Summer 2026 Men's collection, Rick Owens took over the Palais de Tokyo, presenting a refined and spiritual show. Between sculptural silhouettes and an imposing set design, the designer transformed his show into a true artistic performance, far beyond a simple presentation of clothing.

It was under the light of a Parisian afternoon that Rick Owens chose to unveil his Spring-Summer 2026 vision. In the immaculate garden of the Palais From Tokyo, the staging played the card of an almost peaceful classicism. But beneath this apparent tranquility unfolded an aesthetic that was as graphic and mystical as ever.
The silhouettes paraded by like a slow, hypnotic procession: flowing capes and long, slit tunics hinted at male nudity without ever fully revealing it. Black, omnipresent as is often the case with Rick Owens, dominated the palette alongside a few off-whites and beiges. This predominance of dark colors is not insignificant: it evokes the gravity that the designer infuses into his vision of clothing. Owens continued his exploration of verticality and volume: rounded, oversized shoulders, rigid breastplates, and monumental platform boots.

More than just a collection, it was a veritable sculpture in motion: each garment molded the body like a raw material, transforming the models into living statues. The contrast between the monumental cuts and the fragility of the light fabrics created a unique tension: strength and vulnerability echoed each other in every silhouette.
The cast, true to Owens' universe, was composed of strong, unconventional faces, celebrating a non-normative and inclusive beauty. Around the catwalk, the Parisian fashion scene had gathered: journalists, stylists, musicians, avant-garde enthusiasts, and celebrities loyal to the designer's world.
The reason the show generated so much buzz was Owens' ability to offer far more than just clothing: a ritualistic experience. No artifice, but complete artistic coherence.
