Winner of the Maison&Objet 2023 Designer of the Year Award, the Israeli designer based in Paris is involved in numerous projects while maintaining a consistent approach: the use of raw and noble materials. He works closely with the finest artisans, guardians of tradition, to return to the purity of forms.

Some pieces have an organic quality, like his Land rugs for Diurne, which reproduce satellite views of the Earth in silk dyed with natural colors, or his The Palm Duet chaise longue and matching ottoman, his latest creation in collaboration with Loro Piana. Raphaël Navot applies his passion for craftsmanship to furniture design, creating unique pieces and limited-edition items, as well as serially produced collections, as evidenced by his collaboration with Roche Bobois. The same approach is applied to his interior design projects, which have grown significantly in recent years, as demonstrated by the Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers in Paris.

From 3D concept to custom-made accessories, he acts as a complete interior designer, furnishing and decorating hotels and restaurants, libraries, art galleries, and private residences from A to Z. His work features ceilings alternately crafted from carved wood or adorned with frescoes.
Contemporary in style, with walls clad in fluted oak forming a geometric marquetry, the Hôtel Dame des Arts, one of his latest projects, is emblematic of his work. In keeping with the artistic spirit of Paris's Left Bank, Raphaël Navot has blended tradition and modernity to tell a story.
