STONEACOUSTIC: WHEN MARBLE BRINGS SOUND TO LIFE

StoneAcoustic redefines the sound experience by sculpting speakers from marble. Born from a collaboration between DJ Sébastien Bouchet and the Pelouin brothers, the brand combines elegance and acoustic performance.

Imagine a world where music is no longer simply heard, but becomes a sculpture, a tactile presence. This is the somewhat audacious ambition of StoneAcoustic, a brand born from the alchemy between Sébastien Bouchet – composer, DJ, and free spirit of the Kompakt label – and brothers Christophe and Baptiste Pelouin, virtuosos of marble and interior architecture. Together, they decided to tame this capricious material, shaped by pressure and time, to extract not ancient columns, but waves of sound of unprecedented purity.

Where most manufacturers favor plastic or wood, StoneAcoustic dares to use marble – a bold, almost irreverent gamble. But the choice is far from trivial: this ancient stone absorbs vibrations, enhances every frequency, and gives the speakers a body as dense as the sound they produce.

Creating these sculptural objects is no simple task. The defined form—simple, refined, and resolutely contemporary—is inspired by the minimalist elegance of an iPhone. With the collaboration of violinist Hugues Borsarello and a wooden prototype, the creators quickly realized that the internal volumes needed to be redesigned to achieve perfect acoustic harmony. A successful endeavor.

These exceptional, custom-made pieces, equipped with the latest Bluetooth technology, don't just reproduce sound: they magnify it. By collaborating with Sony Music and Stromae, StoneAcoustic proves that design and audio can combine to create iconic objects. Marble is no longer static; it resonates.

Carved from majestic blocks of stone, these enclosures come in a range of precious stones – marble, onyx, quartzite – each chosen for its unique qualities and its ability to enhance the space.

You can find the different models of StoneAcoustic speakers on their official website and in the showroom located on Avenue Friedland (by appointment).
